We are proud to be a part of the Amazon "Smile" program of recognized Charities. Of course major charities like the American Red Cross and the American Cancer Society are also in this program, but they have large staffs and full time fund raisers. For small charities, like ARS Group Inc, this program gives us a little extra help with no cost to you. Basically Amazon passes on 1/2 of 1% on most things you purchase with us as your chosen charity. (So for every $100 you spend, not including taxes and shipping, they send us 50 cents, about every quarter. And it is completely anonymous. We get none of your information or purchase history.
All you have to do is type amazonsmile (one word) in the search-box at the top of the Amazon page. This will open a page about the Amazon Smile program. Select "Change Charitable Organization" from the topics listed and follow the simple instructions. When you get to the list of charities you can scroll down or start typing ARS Group Inc and we will appear for you to select. This will also install an Orange colored Amazon logo on your tool bar (or) where the Yellow one used to be. From then on it is automatic, When you go to Amazon it will take you to smile.amazon.com and the process works in the background. Your prices don't change, we get none of your info or purchase history, and Amazon sends us a few cents from some purchases. It's not much but since it does not cost you anything it is a nice way to support our efforts. Smile ! and Thank You!
Being a Non-Profit, all of our materials and services are provided at a low cost (or in some cases no cost) as a Public Service. Funds we raise, above production costs, go almost completely to provide our services. We have a minimal staff, with a lot of volunteer efforts. We have no full time paid employees or fund raisers. We depend on the support of the community we serve to provide our services.
