We have a number of Video and Audio Podcasts in development, with the first scheduled to go live in early 2020.
The main Video Podcasts are "Contesting Today and DXing Today" and "QRP Today". These will be bi-weekly (every other week) shows with the QRP series starting a few weeks after the other show goes live. Despite the term "Today" in the title they will not be daily, nor will the content be limited to a tightly specific point in time. Our aim is to have content that will be interesting and useful for many months or years. So by "Today" we mean "currently and at this point in time". We will include some news, but the bulk of the shows will be good to watch (or listen to) for some time. We plan to release these on YouTube, with limited commercials to cover production costs. They may be available via other media distribution but ARS Group Inc will maintain the copyright to the content. Each program will have a distribution page, as well as a website page with traditional show notes, links and related content.
Audio versions of these programs will be available via general Podcast distribution services. The Audio Podcasts will be released after the Video shows are done, because they will be modified to provide descriptive audio content for things that are visual content in the Video Podcasts.
We will also have Video and Audio Podcasts on specific topics in conjunction with our publications and classes.
Our goal is not to duplicate content already available, except where we think we can explain or demonstrate it more clearly. Rather, we are looking to "show and tell" stories and topics not widely covered elsewhere.
We are open to suggestions, requests and submissions.
