CLASSES

We are a Non-Profit IRS 501(c)3 Charity

We offer in-person classes and on-line classes. Over the past 30 years we have taught thousands of students this material. During that time we have learned what works and what does not work. Our mission is to provide Educational and Technology Training Services with a special focus on serving young people. These are typically between 12 and 25 years of age. But we also provide the same training and services for post school adults including senior citizens, with a slightly different approach.

Classes can be done in small groups (4-8 students) or to larger groups (30+ students). Some topics can be done in single day classes with 7 hours of class and 1 hour for testing. This does require obtaining and prestudying the testing material we use. Other topics require more time and some specific topics, like learning to solder, take just an hour or two.

Our focus is on Amateur Radio and Electronics, but we also incorporate other technologies. Amateur Radio is a group of core Science and Engineering Technologies that encompasses Electronics, Radio and RF Design, Antenna Theory and Construction, Communications (both Digital and Spoken Word), Mathematics from simple math to advanced concepts, Art,  Public Speaking Skills, Organization and Presentation, Construction Techniques, Drone Aircraft, Basic Automotive Technology, Radio & TV Broadcasting, Audio and Video Program Development, and more.

Being a Non-Profit, all of our materials and services are provided at a low cost (or in some cases no cost) as a Public Service. Funds we raise, above operating costs, go almost completely to provide our services. We have a minimal staff, with a lot of volunteer efforts. We have no full time paid employees or fund raisers. We depend on the support of the community we serve to provide our services.
